VHB2412 –RIB Conversion and Video Switch is an invaluable tool for the integration of 3rd party equipment into a system locked architecture. The Unit provides the ability to view imagery from other manufacturer sources, where normally a fully closed system architecture is required.
This allows a cost-effective solution for bespoke requirements such as converting an EVS camera to display at a specific location and size on an MFD, without effecting the menus and interaction with the locked system.
Like all RDDS’ video management solutions, the VHB2412 can be customized to support a variety of needs. 3 Existing units have been qualified and installed on many platforms worldwide, including build stage installation with a number of Prime Aircraft Manufacturers.
